This promotion is for S⁺ REWARDS member only.
Each member may only win one prize in each phase.
Eligible accumulated spending shall only be made at the designated restaurants while the following transactions shall not be included: banquet and purchase or value-adding or usage of coupons, vouchers, cake vouchers, poon choi vouchers, merchant pre-paid cards or similar items.
Member must register Points with eligible receipts on or before the end date of each phase.
As member may only register for max. 100 Points each transaction day, if the member has more than one eligible receipt on the same transaction day, the member shall arrange the sequence of registering the receipts at his/her discretion. No alternation or adjustment will be made after registration.
“Grand Prize” and “Special Prize” shall be distributed in form of Shopping S Coupon with face value of HK$500 or HK$100. All S Coupon shall be used at designated retail merchants within designated period. Please refer S⁺ REWARDS website for the list of designated merchants.
“Foodie Prize” shall be distributed in form of Dining S Coupon with face value of HK$100. All S Coupon shall be used at designated dining merchants within designated period. Please refer S⁺ REWARDS website for the list of designated merchants.
Each set of eligible receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips can only be registered once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, except for S⁺ REWARDS Point registration and free parking offers.
S⁺ REWARDS Point registration is subject to terms and conditions, please refer to S⁺ REWARDS website for details.
The record of successfully registered spending amount of the S⁺ REWARDS registration system shall prevail.
The “FOODIE⁺ Lucky Draw” result listing the winners’ member IDs of each phase will be announced on Sing Tao Daily, The Standard and S⁺ REWARDS website on 12 January and 10 February 2023 respectively.
Winners shall be informed via S⁺ REWARDS mobile app on 12 January and 10 February 2023 respectively, and receive the corresponding S Coupons at ‘My Wallet’ section. The S Coupons must be consumed within designated period and will be deemed invalid and will not be reissued upon expiry.
The notification via mobile app as mentioned above at point 12 acts only as a reminder. Winners must check the results on the announcement days. Sino Malls shall not be held responsible for any failure of prize collection in case of failure of receiving the winning notification due to any reasons, and the prizes would not be reissued.
Once S Coupons are distributed, no cancellation, alteration, return, exchange for cash or changes will be made.
Any prizes lost due to deletion of an app account or change of mobile phone number shall not be returned or compensated.
Sino Malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used, or damaged prizes, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of Sino Malls.
By participating in the “FOODIE⁺ Lucky Draw” promotion, members accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any fraud or cheating by members, such members will be disqualified. Sino Malls reserve all rights against the members and shall have the right to withdraw any issued prizes.
