Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotion is for S+ REWARDS members only.
2. Each member may only win one prize.
3. Members must log in to the S+ REWARDS App "Around the World" Lucky Draw event page and press the "Join the Lucky Draw" button on or before 30 June 2023, and registering eligible receipts on or before 30 June 2023 in order to participate in the lucky draw. All lucky draw chances redeemed will be displaying on the "Around the World" Lucky Draw event page on or before 7 July 202
4. Accumulative spending of HK$300 is eligible for 1 lucky draw chance, accumulative spending of HK$600 is eligible for 2 chances and so on. There is no upper limit for lucky draw chances, while each transaction must be HK$100 or above.
5. Members may register a maximum of HK$10,000 spending per day for earning Points, but there is no limit to the cumulative spending amount for participating in the lucky draw. Members shall arrange the sequence of registering the receipts at their discretion if they have more than one eligible receipt on the same transaction day. No alternation or adjustment will be made after registration.
6. “Grand Prize: Round The World Flights Tickets for 2 pax” shall be arranged after the announcement of the lucky draw result and collection of winner’s registration information. Round The World Flights Tickets or Travel Package should be registered by 31 December 2023.
7. Each set of eligible receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips can only be registered once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, except for S+ REWARDS Point registration and free parking offers.
8. S+ REWARDS Point registration is subject to terms and conditions, please refer to S+ REWARDS website for details.
9. The record of successfully registered spending amount of the S+ REWARDS registration system shall prevail.
10. The "Around the World" Lucky Draw result listing the winners’ member IDs of each phase will be announced on Sing Tao Daily, The Standard and S+ REWARDS website on 26 July 2023.
11. Winners shall be informed via S+ REWARDS mobile app on or before 26 July 2023, and receive the corresponding prizes at ‘My Rewards’ section. The prizes must be collected within the designated period and will be deemed invalid and will not be reissued upon expiry.
12. The notification via mobile app as mentioned above at point 11 acts only as a reminder. Winners must check the results on the announcement days. Sino Malls shall not be held responsible for any failure of prize collection in case of failure of receiving the winning notification due to any reasons, and the prizes will not be reissued.
13. Installation, exchange, refund, aftersales and warranty services are not included. Once prizes are distributed, no cancellation, sale, alteration, return, exchange for cash will be made.
14. Any prizes lost due to deletion of an app account or change of mobile phone number shall not be returned or compensated.
15. Sino Malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used, or damaged prizes, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of Sino Malls.
16. By participating in the "Around the World" Lucky Draw, members accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
17. In the event of any fraud or cheating by members, such members will be disqualified. Sino Malls reserve all rights against the members and shall have the right to withdraw any issued prizes.
